If you are an SNU student, you can use a locker located at the University Library for one semester for free after submitting an application through the website of SNUCO (Seoul National University Co-op, http://www.snuco.com). In case there are too many applicants, the lockers will be allocated based on the drawing lots system.

● Application period:

Aug. 20th ~ 24th, 2007 (5 days)

● Application process:

1. Visit the SNUCO website: http://www.snuco.com

2. You will see a pop-up window as following. Click on the blue icon.

3. Once you click the icon, you will move to the application page shown in the following figure. You may find another pop-up, but it is nothing to do with application, so just ignore or close it.

4. Fill in the blanks of the application box. For example,

    Name: Your name in your student id card (in Korean)

    Student ID number: 2007xxxxx (without dash between numbers)

    Mobile phone number: 010-xxxx-xxxx

    Day of birth (yymmdd, 6 digits): 880123 (If you were born in Jan. 23rd,1988)

Preferred floor-  1  If you prefer a locker on the 1st floor, enter 1. In the same way, 2 for 2nd floor, 3 for 3rd floor, 4 for 4th floor, 5 for 5th floor, and 6 for 6th floor.

5. After filling in the application form, click the rectangular icon that reads [확인, submit] on the right bottom of the box.

6. Now your application is submitted!

● Announcement of result of the drawing lots:

Thur. August 30th, 2007

Each winner will receive a number.

● Locker allocation:

From Sat. September 1st, 2007

The lockers will be allocated to the winners in the order of numbers that the applicants received from the drawing lots.

● Remarks

- If you are not a current student, you need to enter ’000’ in the student ID number column.

- The schedule of the 2nd round drawing lots will be announced later via homepage of SNUCO.  

- Some people on the waiting list may not be able to get a locker at this round and have to wait for the next round drawing.

- If you submitted the application twice or did not use the locker assigned to you, there will be a penalty of restricting application for the next one round.

- SNUCO does not accept application through the SMS of mobile phones any longer as of Aug.20th 2007.

- You are entitled to use the locker for 6 months, and it is strictly prohibited to give your key to the others or to use a locker of another person.

- Currently registered students of SNU have the priority to use the lockers on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
