2. Helpful tips when being photographed

-          Personal Photos

ID photo background color: bright red (suggested clothing colors: white, black and bright colors are all appropriate and will bring more appeal to facial features)

Graduation cap photo background color: a marbling of light brown, dark brown and various colors.

(Graduation caps and graduation gowns are provided at the photographing location, as are neckties and ribbons. However, you may prepare your own if you wish.)

-          Selecting your Personal Photos

You can see and select your personal photos on the CR Studio homepage 10 days after the photographing date. (Please refer to the leaflet that will be given out on the day for further information.)

-          Payment of Graduation Album fee

An invoice for the graduation album will be distributed on the day. You may either pay immediately to a staff member on the day or pay at your convenience at any local bank or via the internet by October 31st, 2007.

-          Application for additional ID photos and/or picture frames

If you would like printed copies of your ID photo, please inform a staff member and apply on location.

-          Collection of Graduation Album

Graduation Albums will be distributed in the College of Humanities, Building 1, for a total of three days; the day before graduation, the day of graduation and one day after graduation, in February 2008. (An SMS will be sent to your phone to remind you of the details.)

3. Miscellaneous Details

Graduation Picture Days will be very congested as there are many students from various departments, all taking photographs on the same day. Please follow the following guidelines.

1.      Please come when you have enough time, if there are many students, it may be a long wait.

2.      Moving around in formal attire may be uncomfortable for, especially females (especially with high heels). Please prepare a light pair of sandals or sneakers for when moving around from place to place.

3.    Although it is not clearly visible, there is an elevator on the 1st floor of the Dure Culture Center (on the far right, past the restrooms). Please use it for your own convenience. Walking up to the fourth floor will be relatively tiring.

4.      CR Studios will prepare the basic necessities such as water, combs, brushes, hair spray etc…

CR Studios will do all that we can to help so that a smile will appear on your face when you look back to your University days through the Graduates Album.  For further information, please call 02.3280.7410 // 02.3280.7723.  Thank You!!
