Course
Withdrawal sheets are accepted until Oct. 24, Wed (midpoint of fall semester.)
Those
who want to withdraw any of their currently taking courses, please submit
Course Withdrawal sheets to their respective college or graduate school
administration office by the designated due date.
** Before withdrawing courses, you
are to
- receive a
"Course Withdrawal" sheet from your respective college or graduate
school administration office.

fill in the course number and title of the course to withdraw, and sign your
name.
- get
approval signatures from the course instructor, your advisor, and the dean of
your college.
** Reminders

The grade of the withdrawn course will be recorded "W" on your grade report.
- Cancelling
courses without going through the withdrawal procedures will result in an
"F" grade.
- Write only
one sheet of Course Withdrawal even if there are more than two courses to
withdraw.
