[Introduction to Russian 3] in the winter session

This is a regular course with 3 credit units, which will cover a higher level of advanced Russian than <Introduction to Russian 1, 2>. This course offers you a chance to learn Russian at the actual locale, Russia, and experience Russian culture through the world's famous plays and ballet performances. You can visit famous places in Moscow including the Kremlin Palace, and sightsee others cities such as Suzdal, Yasnaya Polyana, and Saint Peterburg. The Russian birch forest all covered with white snow is also waiting for you.

 

 

The following is the information about <Introduction to Russian 3>.

 

1. Requirements to take the course

Have received over "B+" in one of the following (intermediate Russian) courses.

: <Introduction to Russian 2>, <Russian Composition>, <Media Russian>, <Readings in Russian Prose>.

 

Or, students with corresponding Russian level can apply for the course after having an interview with the instructor of the dean.

 

2. Available Acceptance Number of Students

: 12 students

4. Course Period

: 3 weeks between late December and late January (TBA).

 

5. Venue

: Moscow National University

 

6. Early Application

Ask TA Lee, Kyung Won or TA Dong, Young Eun for early application at 3-431, Office of Russian and Russian Literature. During the regular application period you must come to the office with your passport. (Expired passports must be extended in advance.)
