Gwanaksa Dormitory registration for 2007 winter vacation

 

The Gwanaksa Dormitory will be open for both undergraduate and graduate students who wish to stay on campus during winter vacation. The following information is available only for current dormitory residents. Non-residents can also apply for the dormitory, but only if there are vacancies after the registration for current residents is complete.

 

1. Registration

- Period: Nov 26 ~ 30, 2007 (Mon~Fri)

- Procedures:

 

(1) Click the following URL to access the Dormitory Application System.

(2) Enter your student id number (including the dash “-“) in the first blank, and your birthday(yymmdd) together with the numbers 1000000(for male) or 2000000(for female), which is 13 digits in total in the second blank.

e.g. You are a female student whose student id is 2007-12345 and your birthday is Jan 1,1980.

First blank: 2007-12345

Second blank: 8001012000000

 

(3) Print the invoice and pay the fee at any branch of Shinhan Bank. You can also make the payment at the third floor of Bldg No.900 during the registration period (10:00am~4:00pm).

 

(4) If you have difficulties in printing your invoice, please contact your resident advisors.

 

 

- Fees

Double room: 331,300 won

Double room (Bldg 919): 387,300 won

Single room (Bldg 918): 457,300 won

 

2. Period of stay: Dec 24, 2007 (Mon) ~ Feb 24, 2008 (Sun)

 

3. Rooms:

The residents should remain in the same room except for those who live in Bldg 922.

The residents of Bldg 922 will have to move to another building, and the announcement will be made after the registration is complete.

 

4. Refund policy

(1) Registration ~ Dec 14, 2007 : 100% refund

(2) Dec 17,2007 ~ Dec 21, 2007 : 90% refund

(3) Dec 24,2007 ~ Jan 7, 2008 : 70% refund

(4) Jan 8, 2008 ~ Jan 22, 2008 : 50% refund

(5) Jan 26, 2008 ~ Feb 5, 2008 : 25% refund

(6) After Feb 6, 2008 : No refund

 

5. Notes

(1) The residents of Bldg 922 are unable to stay during the winter vacation because the bathrooms need maintenance work.

 

(2) When the registration period is over, Gwanaksa will not accept any application from the residents.

 

(3) The residents who will not stay at the dormitory should check out by Dec 23, 2007 (Sun). The check-out procedure will be announced later.
