2008 Seoul National University International Summer Institute

2008 Seoul National University International Summer Institute

<Experience the best of Ivy League education, right here in SNU>

The second Seoul National University International Summer Institute (SNU ISI) will take place during this summer vacation from June 23rd to August 1st on the SNU campus. This program will provide students with an opportunity to study with a league of eminent scholars and students from the most prestigious universities around the world including Harvard University, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Johns Hopkins University, University of Tokyo and Seoul National University. This six week program, conducted entirely in English, will give students a rigorous and stimulating academic experience that will shed new light to the students understanding of Korea and East Asia. Also, the 1:2 ratio of SNU students to international students will enable a high level of international interaction leading to a rare cross-cultural encounter here in Gwanak. In addition to the regular courses, there will be cultural and industrial excursions as well as special lectures given by prominent leaders for a more meaningful and enriching experience. SNU students can enroll for up to nine school credits.
