Gwanak-sa Dormitory Registration for 2nd Semester, 2008

Current dormitory residents who wish to stay on during the fall semester must pay their dormitory fees within the period stated below.

 

1. Payment Period

(1) First : Monday, June 2nd ~ 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 5th

 (2) Second : Monday, July 28th ~ 5 p.m. on Friday, August 1st

 * Students are required to pay ONCE in either of the periods stated above.

 

2. Instructions to Print the Payment Bill

If the pop-up box appears as shown above, click the tab outlined in red.

 

 

A 2nd pop-up box will appear as shown above. Log on to the Gwanak-sa website.

 

From the left-side menu, click the “고지서출력”(Printing Payment Bill) tab.

 Fill your information and print your payment bill out.

 

3. Payment Instructions

(1) Paying through the virtual account written on the payment bill

-          Account transfer is available through bank branch locations, ATMs, phone banking or internet banking.

-          Students can select to send payment to either the Nonghyup or Shinhan Bank account.

-          If the payment is made through institutions other than Nonghyup and Shinhan Bank, additional service fees may be charged.

 

(2) Paying through the fee payment system

-          Students can select to send payment to either the Nonghyup or Shinhan Bank account.

-          Shinhan Bank is offering an on-campus payment service.

- Location: 3rd floor of building No. 900

       - Period: Monday, June 2nd ~ Thursday, June 5th (10:00~16:00)

   * Students using this service, will not be able to verify their payment status until after the payment period.

 

4. Payment Verification Instructions

(1) Payment results are verifiable through the Gwanak-sa website and SNU portal site.

-  Residents can check the results one day after the payment.

-  Click the 서류접수확인/입금조회”(Application/Payment Check) tab which is located underneath the “고지서출력”(Printing Payment Bill) tab mentioned above.

 

(2) Payment results are also verifiable through Nonghyup or Shinhan Bank websites.

 

5. Fees

-  Regular room: 435,000 won

-  6 persons room (Bldg 919): 503,000 won

-   Single room (Bldg 918): 663,000 won

 

6. The 2nd Semester Check-in

-  Check-in Period: Saturday, August 30th ~ Sunday, August 31st (13:00~18:00)

                   * Lunch hours are 12:00~13:00.

 

7. Notes

(1)  All current dormitory residents who wish to continue their stay in Gwanak-sa during the 2nd semester must complete their payment during the periods indicated above. Students who haven’t completed the payment by the end of the payment period will be dismissed from dormitory residency.

(2)  Notice regarding room allocations for residents of building no. 917 will be announced after August 1st.  (Residents applicable should pay present room rates.)
