Searching Masters of Anything

Does your note-taking speed leave fellow classmates in awe? Can you keep a milk carton in the air longer than anyone else? Do you know an employee who can calculate the price of your meal with just a quick glance at your plate? If the answer to any of these questions is “yes,” the SNU Journal is looking for you!

“Seoul National University Journal,” the university’s independent student press, is planning to run an article on SNU’s masters of routine activities, and is searching for candidates and nominees.

Now, ask yourself: do you know anyone who can…

l        grade exams at the speed of light?

l        shelve books in the library in alphabetical order faster than anyone else?

l        eyeball the exact amount of samples and chemical during labs?

l        tutor an inconceivable number of students?

l        take notes at astonishing speeds?

l        keep a milk carton ‘pack’ in the air longer than anyone else?

l        sum up the price of your meal at a blink of an eye?

l        calculate and give back exact change in a matter of milliseconds?

l        possess other special skills worth recognizing?

If any of these questions apply to you or anyone you know, send an e-mail to liy44@snu.ac.kr with the ‘master’s’ contact information or address. The SNU Journal would like to verify and acknowledge their expertise. Participants, as well as those who inform the journal of fellow SNU talents, will be rewarded!
