2008 Fall Semester Graduate Research Students Enrollment

1. Enrollment Schedule
- 1st Term: August 18th, 2008 ~ August 20th, 2008 – 3 days
- 2nd Term: September 1st, 2008 ~ September 5th, 2008 – 5 days   
- 3rd Term: September 29th, 2008 ~October 6th, 2008 – 5 days

2. Eligibility
- Students who need to use school facilities (library, laboratory, computer center, dormitory, etc) or submit a thesis for a degree, among those who completed their graduate courses.

*Students finishing the graduate course in August 2008 can make a payment from the 2nd term.

3. Registration Fee:
- Humanities, Social Science, Art, Physical Education: 150,000 Won
- Natural Science, Engineering: 200,000 Won

4. Location: All branches of Nonghyup and Shinhan banks.

5. Payment Method
: Print your bill by computer and pay for it at one of the banks mentioned above.

6. How to print your bill
- Students: Log on to the SNU portal MySNU(http://my.snu.ac.kr), go to the ‘학사행정’ (Student Administration) tab at the top of the screen first and then click on a 수업관리 (Class Management)-> 졸업정보 (Graduation Information) ->연구생부담금 소지서 (Research Student Bill) tab on a left side of the screen. The bill can be printed there.

*If the bill cannot be printed by this method, please contact your college’s office.

- School Faculties: 종합행정정보시스템(SIS) ⇒ 학적관리 ⇒ 연구생등록금관리 ⇒ 납부고지서 발행 ⇒ Type in your student number  ⇒ Confirmation  ⇒ Print the bill.

7. Matters to be attended to
- You should register as a research student in order to use school facilities and apply for a thesis examination.
- If you want a refund, you should present your reason (in any format), research student tuition bill, and a copy of the front page of a bank account.
