2.Requirements
- Each candidate must have earned a Ph.D. by the start date, March 1, 2009 and will be expected
to lecture in English.
- Preference will be give to those who majored in Applied Linguistics or those who have TESL.
3.Faculty Appointment Period
- ONE year (There will be re-contract according to evaluation results. Generally one is employed
for 3 years)
4.Job Description
- 12 hours of lecture per week
- 2 hours of personal session with student
- Research in liberal education course and school affairs
5.Job Condition
A. Salary is 2.48 million KRW per month (excluding insurance fees covered by institution)
B. Pay for additional hours is 35,000 KRW per hour

12.Definition of Contracted Full-Time Lecturer
-Contracted Full-Time Lecturers are affiliated with the Faculty of Liberal Education, and although they
are non-tenure track, receive similar benefits tenure-track faculty enjoy during contracted period.
13.Others
- Applications will not be accepted if it arrives after the deadline.
- Submitted documents will not be returned except for original transcripts and diplomas.
- The College reserves the right to terminate any appointment of applicants who have willingly falsified
his or her application documents and/or have not sufficiently filled the appointment criteria.
