2009 Spring Semester Course Withdrawal

1.Period: Monday, March 9th,09:00 - Tuesday, April 21st, 18:00 (Until the half-date of the semester) (Withdrawal can be also made on Saturday, Sunday, and Official Holiday.)

2.Location: Respective department office or college administrational office.

3.Withdrawal Process:
Log on to http://my.snu.ac.kr -> Click on '학사행정' tab at the top of the screen -> Click on ‘수업관리’ -> Click on ‘수강정보’ -> Click on ‘정규학기 수강취소’ -> Click on a ‘신청’ button on a course you want to withdraw -> Print out the Course Withdrawal document -> Get a signature of the instructor on a document -> Submit the document to the department office -> Confirm whether the withdrawal has been successfully carried out on a MySNU webpage

4. Notes
  ● Grade of the course withdrawn will be printed out as 'W'.
  ● If one does not attend the class without withdrawing, one will fail the course.
  ● Please note that students who withdrew from classes, via the online system must submit the
      withdrawal form to respective colleges’ office by Tuesday, April 21st, 18:00, the half-date of a
      semester. The withdrawal form printing is available on Internet and it must be signed by the
      professor in charge prior to submission. Withdrawal will not be completed without the offline
      submission.

Online Course Withdrawal Manual

1. Log on to http://my.snu.ac.kr

2. Click on '학사행정' tab at the top of the screen -> Click on ‘수업관리’ -> Click on ‘수강정보’ -> Click on ‘정규학기 수강취소’

3. Course Withdrawal page:
Click on a ‘신청’ button on a course you want to withdraw


4. Even after you have clicked on a button, you can undo the withdrawal process by clicking on a '삭제‘ button at the right.

5. Print out the Course Withdrawal document -> Get a signature of the instructor on a document -> Submit the document to the department office

6. Confirm whether the withdrawal has been successfully carried out on a MySNU webpage
- 승인: Course withdrawal has been acknowledged.
- 반려: Course withdrawal has been rejected.

7. All the withdrawal processes should be finished by the Tuesday 6 P.M, April 21st, 2009, the half-date of a semester.
