He graduated SNUSchool of Dentistryin 1962 andearnedMS and PhDin Pediatric DentistryfromUIC.

Beginning in his student days and throughout his years on the faculty, Dr. Soh has assisted College and University development personnel by recruiting Presidents Council-level donors to the College, and by soliciting contributions of funds and dental products from the corporate community.

It was Dr. Soh who established the departments Korean International Continuing Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry in 1991, and became the programs Director.

Dr. Soh also serves as a liaison between the governments of the Republic of Korea and the United States, and between organized dentistry in both countries as well.

UIC will award SOHduring their Reunion event on April 24 in Chicago.
