On November 20th, Seoul National University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korea Naval Academy. The central part of the agreement between the two institutes rests on the transfer of historic records to the university from the Korea Naval Academy.

SNU and LG Electronics Develop Fan Imitating Humpback Whale and Clam
A research team led by Professor CHOI Hae Chun (Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Seoul National University) collaborated with LG Electronics to develop an air conditioner fan with low noise and high efficiency by imitating biological characteristics of humpback whales and clams.

SNU Unification School held its first graduation ceremony on November 28th at the College of Education. 46 elementary and middle school level students received their graduation certificates from the 8-week program after it started last August.
